Brand new Vitra back to wall cistern without flush pipe (available from Screwfix or B&Q for less than a tenner). Bought with a Vitra Koa WC but wouldn't fit the 500mm unit it was meant for because it came with a side entry. 460mm long x 340mm wide would be ideal for a 600mm WC unit.
