We recently purchased two bookshelves, one which we bought from this store on a whim and ended up returning because it wasn't quite right for our tiny study room. Despite having fit perfectly in the space before, the new pair has been a different story altogether. The craftsmanship is excellent, and they look stunning against the surrounding walls, but unfortunately, they've failed to deliver on their promise of providing ample storage for all our books and decorations.

The shelves arrived in decent condition, but my expectations were shattered by their flimsy construction - one was bent and dented upon arrival.

I was hoping that putting them together would correct their misalignment, but unfortunately it only got worse when I attached the side brackets.
