I received my order promptly and the packaging was well done, although I did notice a few things were missing including some extra screws that came with the other parts. The frame itself seems sturdy enough for the task at hand but unfortunately it does not allow for optimal drainage as evidenced by this annoying feature - the sink is blocked from working properly after installation.
