In excellent condition (seems little used) and was working perfectly when I uninstalled it after I bought the house as I was using hot water from the cylinder instead.... (I think this was installed when my house was converted to provide hot water for a shower before the main plumbing was commissioned, or as a backup [the house is a barn conversion and has a complex heat pump system] .. but I have never used it and it was uninstalled when I redid the bathroom having a clear out and throwing good stuff away feels immoral, I'd rather it find a new home and is used a little more
