Brand new. Back plate was fitted and immediately removed once realised it wasn’t suitable for my requirements. Sealant was applied to the back plate and cleaned straight off , it’s possible some sealant still on plate but this won’t affect installation. The remaining parts and chrome cover weren’t fitted.
