I'm glad I made the decision to install this toilet, but my only disappointment is that they sold me one that's much darker grey than we wanted. The picture showed a lighter shade, and it's been a bit of an adjustment getting used to its tone. However, our product was well-built from the start, so we're pleased with how it's turned out.

We've also noticed that some of these products aren't compatible with certain fixtures or fittings - it seems like you have to buy a separate cistern for the toilet, which is odd if you were planning on installing all your own plumbing. We understand that it's not always possible to choose the exact same taps and fittings as others, but in this case, it does seem unnecessary.

The product fit perfectly, but I found that some adjustments were needed to ensure it properly accommodated the pipes and fittings in my plumbing system. A bit more careful fitting and cutting would have made all the difference.
